HEX or polyurethane
HEX dumbbells have hexagonal rubber heads and a knurled handle. They do not roll across the floor, they can be used as supports for renegade rows and push-ups and they last years of use. The range runs from 1 kg to 50 kg in fine 0.5 and 2.5 kg steps. CPU polyurethane dumbbells have a cast polyurethane surface that does not smell, does not shed colour and takes the commercial gym where dumbbells hit the floor a hundred times a day. The 2.5 to 50 kg range in 2.5 kg steps has a clean round shape that belongs in a showpiece strength zone.
Sets with a rack
When fitting out, a set makes sense: 1 to 10 kg with a rack for home training and group classes, 2.5 to 25 kg or 12.5 to 35 kg with a free rack for a smaller gym, sets without a rack up to 2.5 to 40 kg for a gym that already has storage. Why fixed and not adjustable
