What you train on it

Rowing involves the legs, glutes, back, shoulders and arms in one smooth stroke, about 85 percent of the body's muscles. 500 m intervals, endurance pieces of 2000 and 5000 m or training by watts. Low-impact cardio suitable for beginners and competitors.

Frequently asked questions

What does pace per 500 m mean?

The time it would take you to row 500 metres at your current output. It is the standard unit of pace in rowing, intervals and races are planned by it.

Which damper level should I set?

The damper does not change maximum resistance, only the feel of the stroke. Middle values of 3 to 5 correspond to rowing on water and suit most sessions, higher levels suit short power intervals.

How much space do I need?

235 × 63 cm when training plus room behind the seat. After training the rail separates and the machine can stand upright.

Does it arrive assembled or disassembled?

As standard we ship it disassembled with instructions. If you would rather not do the assembly, order it as an add-on service: our technicians assemble it on site, or it arrives on a pallet already assembled.
