Features you'll feel in every workout
AMREP X RUNNER curved manual treadmill with no motor. You power the belt of aluminium slats with your own running: moving forward speeds it up, moving back slows it down, no buttons. The curve guides the foot strike onto the whole foot, the impact goes into the muscles first and only then into the knees. Running surface 150 × 48 cm, speed 0 to 20 km/h, 180 kg user capacity, 5-inch panel with interval programmes. Dimensions 178 × 84.5 × 152 cm, weight 150 kg.
What you train on it
Sprints and intervals without waiting for a motor to spin up, walking and jogging for recovery, hard conditioning blocks with immediate feedback. A manual belt forces an active foot strike and posterior chain work, which is why it is harder than a motorised treadmill at the same speed.

Frequently asked questions
How is the speed controlled?
By your position on the belt. Running closer to the front curved section speeds the belt up, stepping back slows it down. The belt stops when you stop.
Does it need electricity?
No. The runner powers the belt, the machine has no motor and no plug.
How does it differ from a motorised treadmill?
It has no motor to break down, the runner controls the speed and supplies the energy to move the belt, which makes training harder. The motorised Achilles 400 or 800i treadmill has adjustable incline and fixed-speed programmes instead.
How is it shipped and assembled?
By pallet freight, it weighs 150 kg. We ship it disassembled with instructions, you can order assembly as an add-on service on site, or it arrives on a pallet assembled.
What is the warranty?
24 months.
