AMREP X SKIERG ski trainer with air resistance and a metal flywheel. Resistance grows with how hard you pull, the 10-level damper changes the feel of the stroke from a light flat to a hard climb. Free-standing frame with a non-slip platform, no wall mounting. The monitor shows pace per 500 m, strokes per minute, watts, calories and pulse and connects to the Kinomap app via Bluetooth. What you train on it

The cross-country skiing pull: shoulders, lats, triceps, core and legs work at once. The double pole is the conditioning base, the alternating pull adds trunk rotation, the kneeling pull isolates the upper body. Sprint intervals and long endurance blocks without loading the knees and ankles.

Frequently asked questions

How does air resistance work?

The flywheel drives fan blades. The faster you pull, the more resistance the air gives. The 10-level damper changes how much air enters the flywheel, that is the feel of the stroke, not the maximum resistance.

What ceiling height do I need?

The machine is 214 cm tall, allow a clear height of at least 230 cm so you can pull from full extension.

Does it need electricity?

No. The resistance is air and the monitor runs on a battery.

Does it arrive assembled or disassembled?

As standard we ship it disassembled with instructions. If you would rather not do the assembly, order it as an add-on service: our technicians assemble it on site, or it arrives on a pallet already assembled.

What is the warranty?
