Resistance Bands
Layered latex resistance bands in six levels from 2 to 75 kg. For warm-ups, assisted pull-ups, banded barbell work and mobility. Individually or in sets.
Six levels of resistance
The bands are colour coded by strength and run from 2 kg for the thinnest to 75 kg for the thickest. Layered latex means the band is bonded from dozens of thin layers, so it does not snap all at once and survives years of stretching. Thin bands are for shoulder and hip warm-ups and glute activation, medium bands for assisted pull-ups and dips, thick bands for resistance on presses and deadlifts with a bar or for pulling work.
Resistance band sets
The assistance and strength trio covers the everyday needs of a home gym, the heavier trio is for barbell work and the complete six-pack 2 to 75 kg is for a gym where everyone from beginners to powerlifters uses bands.
How to choose your first band
For assisted pull-ups pick the band that gets you to 8 to 10 reps, usually a medium. For warm-ups the thinnest. For banded barbell work go one step stronger than you would expect; a stretched band adds more than it seems at rest. 24-month warranty.
