Why fixed barbells
In a gym where five people use one bench in an hour, loading plates onto a short bar does not pay. A fixed HEX EZ barbell has a set weight, rubber hexagonal heads that do not roll and a curved bar that spares the wrists in curls, skull crushers and rows. The range runs from 10 kg to 50 kg in 5 kg steps, so everyone finds their load without changing anything.
Set with a rack
The set of 9 bars from 10 to 50 kg comes with a free vertical rack. It takes minimal floor space, the bars are always in place and the arm zone is done in one purchase. For a home gym two or three weights chosen individually are enough.
