SPEED PRO or SPEED ROPE
SPEED PRO is a rope for fast double-unders: steel bearings in the handle, aluminium handles and a 3 m coated steel cable you set to your height. The cable spins without resistance and the rope does not tangle even at high tempo. SPEED ROPE is the lighter version with 17.5 cm aluminium handles and a weight of 200 g; set the length with screws and choose from four colours.
How to set the length
Stand with one foot on the middle of the cable and pull the handles up. For conditioning they should reach the armpits, for double-unders a few centimetres lower, roughly the bottom of the chest. Cut off the excess cable and lock it with the screw. A steel cable jumps fine on smooth floors, rubber flooring and mats; on outdoor concrete it wears faster. 24-month warranty.
