AMREP X AIRBIKE with belt drive and a steel fan. The resistance has no ceiling, it grows with every revolution, arms and legs work at the same time. The belt is quieter and maintenance-free compared to a chain. The monitor has ready-made 20/10 and 10/20 intervals, a custom interval and targets by time, distance, calories or heart rate, and shows watts, RPM and speed. What you train on it

Full-body conditioning intervals: the legs turn the pedals, the arms push and pull the handles, the core holds the trunk. Tabata 20/10, calories for time, long blocks in a heart rate zone or active recovery at easy RPM. The more you give, the more the machine gives back, which is why you cannot outgrow it.

Frequently asked questions

Belt or chain?

A belt drive is quieter, needs no lubrication or tensioning and lasts in commercial use without maintenance. A chain is louder and needs servicing.

How do I set the resistance?

You do not. The resistance is air and grows with the speed of the revolutions. You control intensity with your pace, the monitor shows watts and calories.

Can I train legs only or arms only?

Yes. For legs only rest your hands on the fixed handles, for arms only put your feet on the pegs on the frame.

Does it arrive assembled or disassembled?

As standard we ship it disassembled with instructions. If you would rather not do the assembly, order it as an add-on service: our technicians assemble it on site, or it arrives on a pallet already assembled.

What is the warranty?
