The PREMIUM mat
The 120 × 60 cm size and 8 mm thickness give enough room for a plank and enough foam under knees and spine. The PVC surface with laminated foam is non-slip on both sides, has no chemical smell even straight out of the box and wipes clean with a damp cloth. It weighs 700 g, so it carries and rolls without effort.
How many and for whom
One for a home gym, one per person plus two spares for a group class. The mat belongs with the rollers and balls from the Mobility and Recovery category; together they form a mobility zone that never stands still in a good gym. For surfaces under machines and weights use rubber puzzle flooring from the Flooring and Surfaces category; the mat is for floor exercise, not floor protection under load. 24-month warranty.
