HACK SQUAT MACHINE (Plate-Loaded)

Plate-loaded hack squat with a fixed path: the machine takes over stabilisation, all the work goes into the front of the thigh and the lumbar spine takes less load than in a classic squat. Adjustable footplate, safety stops and padded adjustable shoulder pads.

What you train on it

Quadriceps and glutes. A low stance on the platform loads the quads most, a higher stance adds glutes and hamstrings, a narrow stance the outer thigh. Thanks to the fixed path you load more than in a free squat.

Hack squat or leg press?

The hack squat mimics a squat, the body is more upright and the quads work harder. The leg press has a seat and more back support and allows more load.

Which plates fit it?

Olympic plates with a 50 mm bore.

Does it arrive assembled or disassembled?

As standard we deliver it disassembled with instructions. If you would rather not turn a spanner, order assembly as an add-on service: our technicians assemble it on site, or it arrives on a pallet already assembled and ready to train on.

What is the warranty?
