Iso Low Row Back Machine

Iso-lateral plate-loaded row for back thickness. Each arm works independently and takes 100 kg of plates, non-slip handles hold even in heavy pulls and 143 kg of machine weight keeps it planted. Dimensions 126 × 130 × 175 cm.

What you train on it

Mid back, lats and biceps. Independent arms even out the difference between left and right, rowing with chest support takes the load off the lower back. Different grips shift emphasis between back width and thickness.

Low Row or Lat Pull Down?

The Low Row is a horizontal pull for thickness and the mid back, the Lat Pull Down a vertical pull for width. A complete back needs both.

Which plates fit it?

Olympic plates with a 50 mm bore.

Does it arrive assembled or disassembled?

As standard we deliver it disassembled with instructions. If you would rather not turn a spanner, order assembly as an add-on service: our technicians assemble it on site, or it arrives on a pallet already assembled and ready to train on.

What is the warranty?
