Long lat bar cable attachment with six sets of non-slip grips at three spacings (275, 595 and 1,050 mm). Length 1,000 mm, grips 110 and 150 mm with a 32 mm diameter, 15 mm eye for standard high pulley carabiners. Weight 4.8 kg.
What you train with it
Wide pulldowns, close-grip pulls and rear delt work. Change grip width and angle without swapping attachments, every exercise at the ideal width.
