Squat Pad bar protector of closed-cell polyurethane foam. Diameter 10 cm, length 44.5 cm, fits bars with a diameter of 22 to 40 mm. It spreads the pressure of the bar in squats and hip thrusts and does not soak up sweat.
What you use it for
The hip thrust, where the bar presses on the hips, and squats for a sensitive neck and shoulders. A lengthwise slit, you slide it onto the bar in a second and train.
