AMREP FITNESS Competition Plate

AMREP FITNESS competition plate with a steel core and a centre of high-density thermoset technopolymer. The high share of steel makes it much narrower than all-rubber bumpers, so you load more on the bar. It absorbs the drop perfectly, does not spin on the hub and hardly bounces. Weights 10, 15, 20 and 25 kg in IWF colours with the AMREP logo.

What you use it for

Weightlifting, powerlifting and functional training where the bar is dropped from above. The narrow profile is an advantage in heavy lifts, more plates fit on the 39 cm sleeve. Buy in pairs, a bar has two sides.

Competition plate or bumper?

The competition plate is narrower, harder and more precise, made for heavy weightlifting. A training bumper is thicker, softer and cheaper, enough for regular functional training.

Is it sold per piece or per pair?

Per piece, choose 2 pcs for a pair. The complete 140 kg set is better value.
