AMREP FITNESS Competition Olympic Plate Set - 140 kg

AMREP FITNESS competition Olympic plate set built like the platform plates: a massive steel core encased in high-density thermoset technopolymer. The plate is much narrower than a regular bumper, so you load more on the bar, it absorbs the drop perfectly and hardly bounces. Composition 140 kg: 2× 10, 2× 15, 2× 20 and 2× 25 kg in IWF colours.

What you use the set for

Weightlifting (snatch, clean and jerk), powerlifting and functional training with the bar dropped from above. The narrow profile leaves room on the loadable sleeve for more plates, the low bounce keeps the bar in place after a drop. With a standard 20 kg bar you have 160 kg available.
