AMREP FITNESS weightlifting platform with a 3 cm wooden centre board with a non-slip finish and logo, six 3 cm rubber drop mats and a 50 × 50 mm steel frame with a 3 mm wall. Four pegs for resistance bands. Weight 130 kg, built for hard use.

What you use it for

Deadlift, snatch, clean and jerk and all lifts where the bar hits the floor. The wooden centre holds a stable stance, the rubber zones absorb plate drops, protect the floor and dampen noise, the pegs allow band training right on the platform.
