HIP THRUST ELITE Glute Machine (Plate-Loaded)
HIP THRUST ELITE - a premium plate-loaded glute machine with refined ergonomics and thicker padding.
Features you'll feel in every workout
Premium version of the plate-loaded hip thrust machine: thicker padding, more stability and improved ergonomics of the back and foot supports. Maximum glute activation with comfort even under hundreds of kilos.
What you train on it
Glutes and hamstrings. The hip thrust has the highest glute activation of any exercise, higher than squats and deadlifts. Changing foot position shifts emphasis between glutes and hamstrings.

- Improved ergonomics of back and foot supports.
- Plate-loaded system for 50 mm plates, delivered disassembled (assembly available as an add-on service).
Frequently asked questions
Is the ELITE worth it over the standard machine?
For commercial use yes, the thicker padding and higher stability last more users per day. For a home gym the standard model is enough.
Which plates fit it?
Olympic plates with a 50 mm bore.
Does it arrive assembled or disassembled?
As standard we deliver it disassembled with instructions. If you would rather not turn a spanner, order assembly as an add-on service: our technicians assemble it on site, or it arrives on a pallet already assembled and ready to train on.
What is the warranty?
24 months.
