PENDULUM SQUAT MACHINE (Plate-Loaded)

Plate-loaded pendulum squat with a pendulum path. The resistance changes with the knee angle, so the quads get stimulus from the bottom position all the way to lockout while the spine stays free of axial load. Adjustable platform and pads for every height.

What you train on it

Quadriceps and glutes. The pendulum path is more intense for the thighs than a hack squat and gentler on knees and hips. Foot position on the platform shifts emphasis between thigh and glutes.

The pendulum squat has an arched, pendulum path that follows the natural movement of the knee and hip. Resistance is more even and the joints are less loaded.

As standard we deliver it disassembled with instructions. If you would rather not turn a spanner, order assembly as an add-on service: our technicians assemble it on site, or it arrives on a pallet already assembled and ready to train on.
