Iso-Lateral Chest Machine - ISO FLAT PRESS (Plate-Loaded)
Iso-lateral plate-loaded ISO FLAT PRESS - a chest press with independent arms and a greater range of motion than a bar.
Features you'll feel in every workout
Plate-loaded iso-lateral chest press, the bench press alternative for a symmetrical chest. Each arm works independently and the range of motion is greater than with a bar, so the pec goes through a full stretch and contraction. Heavy-gauge steel profiles, machine weight 165 kg.
What you train on it
Chest, triceps and front delts. The adjustable seat with a firm 90° backrest seats every height correctly. Single-arm pressing evens out differences between sides.
Who it is for
- Commercial gym: a safe bench press substitute for clients without a spotter.
- Bodybuilding: more range than a bar, full stretch of the pec.
- Physio and sport: unilateral work when returning from shoulder injury.
Construction and safety
- Iso-lateral arms, independent movement.

- Plate-loaded system for 50 mm plates, delivered disassembled (assembly available as an add-on service).
