Leg Press 45° Strength Machine

Classic 45° leg press for free weights. Load 50 mm Olympic plates onto polyamide horns, the rubberised platform keeps your feet in place and the safety levers on both sides lock with one movement straight from the seat.

What you train on it

Quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes. The 45° angle allows heavy loads with a neutral spine. A high stance on the platform targets glutes and hamstrings, a low narrow stance the quads, a wide stance the inner thighs.

Frequently asked questions

How does it differ from a classic leg press?

The Leg Press 45° has an inclined sled path, a classic leg press a horizontal one. The inclined version usually allows more load and works the glutes and hamstrings harder.

Which plates fit it?

Olympic plates with a 50 mm bore, bumper and TRI-GRIP.

Does it arrive assembled or disassembled?

As standard we deliver it disassembled with instructions. If you would rather not turn a spanner, order assembly as an add-on service: our technicians assemble it on site, or it arrives on a pallet already assembled and ready to train on.
