Features you'll feel in every workout
Iso-lateral plate-loaded seated row with chest support. The back works, the lumbar spine rests. Seat and chest pad adjust without getting off the machine, rubber feet keep it in place and protect the floor. Dimensions 142 × 136 × 130 cm.
What you train on it
Lats, mid back and biceps. Chest support rules out torso swing, so every rep is done by the back. A single-arm pull evens out differences between sides.

LAT ROW or Iso Low Row?
The LAT ROW has chest support and a seated pull from above, the Iso Low Row pulls horizontally from a lower position. The LAT ROW is gentler on the lower back, the Low Row allows more load.
Which plates fit it?
Olympic plates with a 50 mm bore.
Does it arrive assembled or disassembled?
As standard we deliver it disassembled with instructions. If you would rather not turn a spanner, order assembly as an add-on service: our technicians assemble it on site, or it arrives on a pallet already assembled and ready to train on.
