Lats and biceps. The vertical pull is the foundation of the V-taper. Independent arms stop the dominant side compensating, single-arm pulldowns also bring in the core.

The machine is 197 cm tall. Plan a clear room height of at least 230 cm for loading plates onto the upper horns.

As standard we deliver it disassembled with instructions. If you would rather not turn a spanner, order assembly as an add-on service: our technicians assemble it on site, or it arrives on a pallet already assembled and ready to train on.
