ABDOMINAL OBLIQUE CRUNCH Machine (Plate-Loaded)

Plate-loaded machine for the obliques. It guides the rotation of the torso with even resistance through the whole path, the adjustable seat sets the correct axis of rotation for every height.

What you train on it

The obliques through rotation and lateral flexion of the torso under load. Core stability and a waistline that regular crunches will not give you.

Frequently asked questions

Is loaded rotation safe for the back?

The machine guides rotation in the thoracic spine with the pelvis firmly fixed, a safer pattern than free rotations with a weight. Start with a light load.

Which plates fit it?

Olympic plates with a 50 mm bore.

Does it arrive assembled or disassembled?

As standard we deliver it disassembled with instructions. If you would rather not turn a spanner, order assembly as an add-on service: our technicians assemble it on site, or it arrives on a pallet already assembled and ready to train on.

What is the warranty?

24 months.
