Iso LATERAL LEG PRESS (Plate-Loaded)

A higher class of leg press: linear bearings on optical shafts guide the movement without lateral play, rotary bearings in the hip joint keep the path natural and a gas spring makes adjusting the backrest effortless. Iso-lateral construction, each leg can press on its own.

What you train on it

Quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings. Single-leg pressing exposes and corrects the difference between left and right, bilateral pressing serves classic volume training. Plate holders keep the weight out of the movement path.

What does iso-lateral mean?

Each arm of the machine works independently. You can press with both legs at once or each separately, the stronger leg cannot help the weaker one.

Which plates fit it?

Olympic plates with a 50 mm bore.

Does it arrive assembled or disassembled?

As standard we deliver it disassembled with instructions. If you would rather not turn a spanner, order assembly as an add-on service: our technicians assemble it on site, or it arrives on a pallet already assembled and ready to train on.
