WIDE CHEST PRESS Strength Machine (Lower Chest)

Iso-lateral plate-loaded press at a slight decline angle with a wide grip. It activates the lower and outer fibres of the pecs, the area regular presses do not reach. Dimensions 138 × 186 × 181 cm, cage construction with wide profiles.

What you train on it

Lower and outer chest, triceps. The arm path follows the biomechanics of a decline barbell press. Independent arms keep both sides balanced.
