BELT SQUAT Leg Machine (Plate-Loaded)
Plate-loaded BELT SQUAT - squats with the load on a belt, zero axial load on the spine. Legs at full throttle even with a sore back.
Features you'll feel in every workout
Plate-loaded belt squat: the load hangs from a belt at the hips, so spine, shoulders and wrists stay out of the equation. The legs get full volume even on days when the back cannot handle a heavy bar.
What you train on it
Quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings. A squat with the load on a belt puts zero axial load on the spine. It is used as the main squat for people with back issues, as extra volume after classic squats and in rehabilitation.
Who it is for
- Strength training and bodybuilding: more leg sets without more stress on the lower back.
- Rehabilitation and physio: leg training while the back, shoulders or wrists recover.
- Commercial gym: the machine clients with back pain look for and rarely find.
Construction and safety
- Load on a belt, zero spinal load.
- Plate-loaded system for 50 mm plates.
- Delivered disassembled, on-site assembly or assembled on a pallet as an add-on service.
