Weight Benches
Benches used every single day: flat and adjustable training benches, bench press stations with bar holders, a preacher curl bench, ab and hyperextension benches and a stationary dip and pull-up station.
Which bench for which training
The flat training bench is the universal base: dumbbell presses, rows, step-ups and core work. It has transport wheels, so you move it to the rack and back. The heavy-duty adjustable bench in 75 × 75 × 3 mm profiles weighs 57 kg and is commercial grade: adjustable back angle for presses at any incline, wheels and stability that does not move under heavy dumbbells. Available in black and in red and black. The bench press benches flat, incline and PREMIUM have their own bar holders, so pressing with an Olympic bar needs no rack.
Specialised benches
The preacher curl bench isolates the biceps with firm elbow support. The incline ab bench with leg rollers handles sit-ups and decline dumbbell presses, the Adjustable Crunch Board changes difficulty with the board angle. The hyperextension bench (1235 × 655 × 780 mm, 41.5 kg) strengthens the lower back, glutes and hamstrings. The stationary dip and pull-up station combines knee raises, dips and pull-ups in one unit.
Home or commercial
For a home gym we recommend the adjustable bench, one covers every angle. For a gym, a mix of flat and adjustable benches with bench press stations sized to your peak-hour traffic. 24-month warranty, installation as an add-on service.
